What it does
Books, GST and payroll without the re-typing

- Paid, part-paid and pending status
- Bulk upload and a month-wise register

- PF, ESI, PT and TDS worked out
- Present days and advances edited before the run
- A payslip for every employee
- Bank file download

Why FinStack ERP
Built for Indian books and Indian compliance
GST, TDS and payroll deductions are part of the design, not plug-ins you assemble.
GST at the core
Intra-state and inter-state tax follows the place of supply, and returns are exported from the same invoices.
TDS and Form 16
Track deductions and deposit dates, and produce Form 16 from the same records.
Payroll with PF, ESI and PT
Statutory payroll sits beside the accounts it posts to, with a payroll lock for closed months.
Works with Tally
Export vouchers as Tally XML if your accountant still keeps books there.
Access you control
Nine roles with per-person permission overrides, approval workflows, an audit log, and sign-in with an authenticator app or Google.
More than one company, more than one currency
Separate company data with a consolidated report, and export invoices in eight currencies, including zero-rated supply under a letter of undertaking.
Every business keeps its books a little differently. Tell us how yours work and we will show you how FinStack ERP would handle them.

Questions
Questions people ask
Does FinStack ERP handle GST?
Yes. Invoices apply CGST and SGST or IGST by place of supply, and you can export GSTR-1 from them. GSTIN checks, e-invoices and e-way bills need a connection to a GST provider, which is set up per company.
Can it work with Tally?
FinStack ERP exports your vouchers as Tally XML, so an accountant who works in Tally can still receive your data.
Is payroll included?
Yes. Payroll covers PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS, with payslips and a bank file, and payroll runs post to the ledger.
Can I run more than one company?
Yes. Each company's data is kept separate, and a consolidated report brings the companies together.
How do people sign in, and who sees what?
People sign in with email and password, with an optional authenticator-app code or Google sign-in. Access is by role, with permissions you can adjust for each person, and an audit log records activity.
Can my clients pay online?
Clients get a portal where they see their invoices and statements, and invoices can carry payment links through Razorpay once your Razorpay account is connected.
Can it invoice in other currencies?
Yes. Invoices can be raised in eight currencies with an exchange rate and rupee equivalents, and export or SEZ supply can be zero-rated under a letter of undertaking.
How much does it cost, and can I try it?
Pricing depends on your company's size and the modules you need. Contact us and we will send a quote, or book a demo to see it with your own questions.
