Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Project Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle EBS modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure that Oracle EBS aligns with their business processes and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead or assist in the implementation of Oracle EBS modules, including but not limited to Oracle Financials, Oracle Procurement, Oracle Supply Chain, Oracle HRMS, and others.
- Customization and Enhancement: Analyze business requirements and design solutions by customizing Oracle EBS to meet specific client needs.
- Business Process Mapping: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and map them to Oracle EBS functionality.
- Documentation: Create and maintain functional documentation, including business process flows, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform functional testing, create test scripts, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- User Training: Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure clients can effectively use Oracle EBS.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing support.
- Recommendations: Provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
- Upgrades and Patching: Stay informed about Oracle EBS updates and assist with system upgrades and patch management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs.
